Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to the services accessed through www.mariebook.com (the “Services”) provided by Marie Book LLC . ("MarieBook,” “our,” or “we”). Your use of the Services is subject to acceptance of this AUP. Marie Book may change or modify this AUP at any time and it is your responsibility to check for modifications on a regular basis.

PROVISION OF SERVICE

Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. The relationship between a consultant and client/you is subject to professional, legal and ethical obligations and it is your responsibility to act in accordance with the boundaries established by any consultant you are working with. Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the Services or removal of your account with or without notice. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. All clients must be at least 18 years of age.

Nothing provided to you through the Servies constitutes as therapy or medical advice. There is no doctor-patient relationship or therapist-patient relationship created in connection with the Services.

Marie Book's name, trademarks, logos, and any other Marie Book product, service name, or slogan included in the Services are property of Marie Book and may not be copied, imitated, or used (in whole or in part) without Marie Book's prior consent.

Marie Book will own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, or other information or materials provided by or you provide regarding Marie Book or the Services. Any feedback you submit is non-confidential and will become the sole property of Marie Book. Marie Book is entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of such Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.
